    Ky,
    I have enjoyed your articles, especially the one about your assistance in helping them develop a system for investors in Siberia.
    My Son and I have developed an alternative for homeowners whose homes are run down and they need to sell but repair cost have them trapped. We have a novel approach to this. We provide the money for repairs, we manage the rehab and sale of the home for a fee. We have clients lined up to take advantage of our service; we just need capital to really take off.
    I think you would b3 a great investor because of your experience and you care about people. We are a service driven company. I feel we have solved a real problem for homeowners, who will lose most if not all of their equity to rehabbers. Can we discuss this for 15 minutes? Happy to email if that’s better for you.

Can I introduce you to someone that I think would be able to evaluate your business model and perhaps assist you or help you find people that would interested.
